Text Messaging Terms
Effective October 1, 2026
The program
Art & Stays sends optional text message notifications to the independent cleaners who clean our vacation rental properties. Messages are only about their own cleaning work:
- a new cleaning job assigned to them,
- a reminder the day before a scheduled cleaning, and
- a reminder the morning of a scheduled cleaning.
We never send marketing or promotional text messages.
How cleaners opt in
Text messages are off by default. A cleaner signs in to the Art & Stays cleaner portal, opens their profile, enters their mobile number, and turns on text message notifications themselves — choosing each type of message separately. The opt-in looks like this:

By turning on text messages, you agree to receive cleaning job notifications from Art & Stays at the phone number above — new job assignments and reminders, only for the types you select below (typically a few messages per week). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or turn this off here at any time. Consent isn't a condition of working with Art & Stays. Frequency, cost and help
- Message frequency varies with the cleaner's schedule — typically a few messages per week.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop all text messages. You'll get one confirmation and nothing more. You can also turn texts off in your cleaner portal profile.
- Reply HELP for help, or email hello@artandstays.com.
- Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Numbers are used only to send the notifications described above, through our messaging provider. See our Privacy Policy.
